Center for Individual Freedom is a non-partisan organization that protects
individual freedom and individual rights guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution.
 The
Center seeks to focus public, legislative and judicial attention on the
rule of law as embodied in the federal and state constitutions. Those
documents both express and safeguard our fundamental civil liberties,
including: Freedom of Speech; Academic Freedom; Freedom of Assembly; Freedom
of the Press; Freedom from Censorship; Due Process; Equal Protection,
The Right to Bear Arms, Privacy; Property rights; Religious Freedoms;
and Protection from Unlawful Search and Seizure and Excessive Government
Intrusion.
In
addition, as free-market advocates, we are dedicated to fighting over-burdensome
state and federal regulations and taxing regimes.
