The Center for Individual Freedom (CFIF) today submitted the following Comment in opposition to the Federal Communications Commission's (FCC) Proposed Rule entitled “Safeguarding and Securing the Open Internet." CFIF argues that the proposed rule fails as a matter of objective market realities, violates the U.S. Supreme Court’s "Major Questions" Doctrine, and violates the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
