Supreme Court Hears Oral Arguments in Guantanamo Case
For the third time in as many years, the United States Supreme Court this week heard oral arguments in a controversial case involving the detention of foreign terror suspects at the U.S. naval base at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
Recently, CFIF Director of Legal and Public Affairs Timothy Lee joined Renee Giachino, the Center's Corporate Counsel and Senior Vice President, to discuss this controversial case and others before the Supreme Court, as well as the role that Justice Kennedy has taken over from retired Justice Sandra Day O'Connor as the Court's swing vote.
